Our Secure On-Site process provides for two general types of shredding services. We can tailor either of these service types to fit your specific needs.Regardless of the type of service you choose, the following applies:
We serve both Commercial & Residential clients
No need to remove staples, paper clips or binder clips
Other types of media can be destroyed - CDs/DVDs,
videos, diskettes, x-rays and an occasional
hard drive
All material is destroyed On-Site and then recycled
Certificates of Destruction are always provided
Routine ~ Scheduled Services
- Secure locking container(s) are provided ~ Rent-free
- Service schedules set to meet your needs ~ daily, weekly, monthly and customized schedules are available
- Service schedules and container volumes are monitored ~ adjustments are made to maximize your level of service and minimize your cost
- Provides a consistent process and audit trail for document destruction ~ minimizing potential liabilities
Records Purge ~ One-Time & Periodic Services
- Provides the most economical method for as-needed services
- Pricing can be set by the pound, box or on loan container(s)
- Discounts for high-volume purges
- Client can set up periodic service dates to match their records retention guidelines
- Utilized when clients are planning a move, and don't want to take obsolete and destroy dated documents to the new location
